About the event
The Daejeo Tomato Festival is an agricultural festival held every spring at Gangseo Sports Park in Gangseo-gu, Busan, themed around Daejeo tomatoes, nicknamed "Jjapjjari" (the salty ones). It features a food exhibition made with Daejeo tomatoes, free tastings and a direct-sales market where visitors can buy tomatoes at low prices. The 2026 festival was held free of charge from March 21 to 22, and is within walking distance of Sports Park Station on Metro Line 3.
