About the event
The Gupo Naru Festival is a festival that recreates the old appearance of Gupo Naru, a historical trading point on the Nakdonggang River during the Joseon Dynasty. The festival takes place at Hwamyeong Ecological Park in Buk-gu, Busan. It presents stories of people who have lived alongside the Nakdonggang River through performances, experiences, and exhibitions. The 13th festival takes place free of charge from October 16 to 18, 2026, at the lotus flower area of Hwamyeong Ecological Park (the 12th was held from September 26 to 28, 2025).
