Borie Bread Factory

Located in Dadae-dong, Saha-gu, Busan, Borie Bread Factory is a bakery cafe where you can enjoy a wide variety of over 80 delicious breads, from brunch to dessert, made with carefully selected ingredients such as natural sourdough starters and seasonal fruits. In addition to being a bakery and cafe, it aims to be a diverse composite cultural space, featuring a local market that thrives together with local residents and cooking classes that can be enjoyed with family, couples, and friends. A ginkgo tree over 300 years old stands at the cafe entrance, and this tree was moved here to add a sense of the past to the new space.
