About the restaurant
Asio Cafe, located in Chopae-dong, Busan Metropolitan City, is a large-scale Bakery cafe that occupies an entire two-story building. All of Asio’s bread is produced and sold on the same day, as a matter of principle. Furthermore, the bread is made using natural fermentation, and no chemical improvers are used at all. Both the first and second floors feature floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a sense of openness, and provide a space where one can enjoy the scenery visible through the glass windows and relax with a cup of tea.
