Ireok is a gomtang restaurant in Haeundae-gu, Busan. It carefully selects top-quality Hanwoo brisket and beef bones, removes the fat, trims them meticulously and simmers them with devotion in the traditional way. The clean taste of the clear broth grows deeper the more you eat, as the rich essence from the meat comes through. The restaurant is spacious and tidy. The hall has table seating and private rooms, as well as group seating. The outdoor tables, with Gwangan Bridge and the sea spread out before them, are considered the hottest seats at Ireok.
