Hagawon Haeundae
About the restaurant
Hagawon Haeundae branch is a Korean restaurant in Jwa-dong Traditional Market that serves kongguksu (cold soybean noodle soup) and sujebi (hand-torn noodle soup). The signature dish is kongguksu, made with soybeans grown directly in Gangwon-do, which you can enjoy in any season. Its distinctive feature is that no garnish is placed on the noodles, which actually lets you taste the rich flavor of the soybean broth. Sujebi is another signature dish here. There are also various other dishes, such as seafood pajeon, stone-plate bibimbap and large mandu, so you can choose according to your taste. The restaurant is spacious, and you can park in front of it, but spaces are limited, so using a nearby public parking lot is recommended. Haeundae Arboretum and the Dongbaekseom Island coastal walk are near the restaurant, making them great to explore together.
