Located in Gijang-gun, Busan, Gijang Kkeutjip is an abalone porridge specialty restaurant that offers a variety of abalone porridge as a set. It is made upon order, with the main course, abalone porridge, served directly from a pressure cooker, and a platter of fresh seafood is presented in a colander. Side dishes that pair well with abalone porridge, such as dried kimmchi, jeotgal (salted seafood), and aged kimchi, are also provided. Orders can be placed for a minimum of two people, and solo diners can also enjoy a meal, but they must order a two-person portion, so please keep this in mind.
