About the restaurant
Daegwol Anjip is a Galbi specialist, creating a scene where the stream of water flows from the eaves and door hinges onto the stone surface. The walls of the kitchen and processing area are designed with glass to allow customers to visually inspect the meat. A popular menu, the small bone Galbi stew, is sold only during lunchtime and is available until 2 p.m. This is a Busan specialty that must be consumed by 11 a.m. the same day, or else it will be unavailable.
