About the restaurant
Yeongju-dong Samdae Bokguk is an old Bokguk restaurant with nearly 80 years of history. Unlike the Seoul style, the clear pufferfish soup (bok-jiri) is boiled separately for each serving. It offers various types of pufferfish, such as Eunbok, Milbok, and Kkakchibok. Once you have finished the fish, it is customary to stir the minced seasoning into the broth and add rice.
