Haeundae Milmyeon

Haeundae Milmyeon, in Jung-dong, Haeundae, is easy to reach, with Jung-dong Station and Haeundae Station nearby. Located on the corner of a quiet alley, Haeundae Milmyeon has no parking lot of its own, but if you park in the paid parking lot on the second floor of the building next door, the restaurant covers the parking fee after your meal. Milmyeon, meaning naengmyeon made from noodles pulled from wheat-flour dough, is one of the foods you must try when you come to Busan. Haeundae Milmyeon is sought out as a go-to milmyeon spot for its rich broth with slushy ice and delightfully chewy noodles. It is even more delicious when paired with bibim-myeon topped with a sweet-and-sour sauce and meat mandu made with thin dumpling wrappers. Busan's famous Haeundae and Dongbaekseom Island are nearby, making it a good place to explore together.
