Koorimachi Haeundae Haeridan-gil
About the restaurant
Koorimachi is a bingsu (Korean shaved ice) and dango dessert café on the second floor of a building tucked into an alley of Haeridan-gil in U-dong, Haeundae-gu. Its name means "ice (kōri) town (machi)" in Japanese, and the café says it was designed with the bingsu and dango shops of a Kyoto neighborhood in mind. Condensed milk, red bean, fruit sauces and dango are all made in-house, and the crème brûlée bingsu and the "caveman bingsu," which is served set alight, are among its recommended items. It used to operate under the name Wonsihak before changing to its current name. It is about 390 m from Exit 4 of Haeundae Station on Busan Metro Line 2.
