Millak Waterfront Park

Minnak Waterfront Sashimi Center (민락수변공원 회센터) lines the waterfront park in Suyeong-gu, directly across the bay from Gwangan Bridge. Dozens of sashimi shops face the water, allowing you to eat fresh hoe (raw fish) with an unobstructed view of the illuminated Gwangan Bridge at night. Choose from flounder, sea bass, octopus, abalone, and more — priced per 100g. The standard setup is a small table on the terrace, a plate of hoe, a bowl of chogochujang dipping sauce, and a cold bottle of soju or makgeolli. An iconic Busan local experience, best enjoyed on a clear Friday or Saturday evening when the bridge lights are at their most dazzling.
