About the restaurant
I took a close look at Wonjo Halmae Nakji at 10 Gold Theme-gil, Beomcheon-dong. As the octopus heats up, its aroma spreads, and the octopus in the bowl seemed to shrink slightly in texture as its flavor came through. It looks like the octopus isn't simply heated and eaten as is, but heated with sauce added.
