Dongnae Halmae Pajeon is the legendary representation of Pajeon passed down for four generations over more than 80 years. A thick Pajeon with appropriately balanced seafood delivers a deep, rich flavor. Its distinctive feature is frying large shrimp, shrimp, clams, and scallops in Canola Flower oil.
