About the restaurant
Jangsujang is a traditional restaurant that opened in 1983 and has been operating for over 40 years. It makes kimchi and japchae directly and ages them in earthenware jars. The bones and do-gani use Hanwoo, and the tail uses Australian ingredients to maintain flavor.
