About the restaurant
Sinheunggwan is a Sichuan-style Chinese restaurant proud of a tradition spanning more than 70 years. Its popular dishes are jjajangmyeon (noodles in black bean sauce) made with a Sichuan sauce that carries a smoky, wok-fired flavor, and tangsuyuk (sweet and sour pork) with cucumber, carrot, and wood ear mushrooms. The kkanpunggi (crispy chicken in a sweet and spicy sauce) is also considered outstanding.
