About the restaurant
Daehan Myeongin Gijang Gomjangeo is the original source of Gijang Gomjangeo grilled over charcoal, passed down for four generations. When the skin of the Gomjangeo is peeled off, its golden-brown flesh is revealed, and it is eaten dipped in salt or soybean paste sauce. You can also enjoy Gomjangeo with fragrant fresh perilla leaves added, as well as Gomjangeo doenjang-guk (soybean paste soup).
