Is payment secure?
Payments are processed securely via Toss Payments, and your card details are never stored.
Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly plans expire automatically after 30 days and extend when you renew.
How are ads removed?
Ads are hidden automatically once you join Premium (paid) membership. A free login alone does not remove ads.
Can I get a refund / withdraw?
You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if the paid benefits have not been used. Under Article 17(2) of the Korean E-Commerce Act, withdrawal may be limited once you begin using the digital content. Refund inquiries: wwebsoft@wwebsoft.co.kr
