Geumjeongsanseong Fortress Village Food Town

Sanseong Village, located in Geumseong-dong, Geumjeong-gu, one of Busan's famous attractions, is set in a beautiful natural environment with fresh air and clear water. With Busan's local specialty 'black goat bulgogi' and 'Sanseong Makgeolli', a nationally renowned Busan specialty and Korea's Folk Liquor No. 1, it draws a steady stream of visitors. Unlike in other regions, the black goat bulgogi of Geumjeongsanseong Fortress is made by mixing the meat with seasoning and grilling it directly on a gridiron over charcoal, which is one of the secrets to preserving the savory flavor unique to black goat bulgogi. Today, the food village of Geumjeongsanseong Village has about 80 restaurants serving black goat bulgogi, duck bulgogi, duck baeksuk (whole boiled duck) and more, and it is popular with a wide range of customers from many areas, including hikers, company dinners, social gatherings and family outings.
