Gallery ERD Busan Overview
Gallery ERD opened in Itaewon, Seoul, in 2016 and has been introducing contemporary art and the work of various designers. Since its opening, it has held its own exhibitions of Korean and international artists and carried out external projects, and it has steadily taken part in art fairs large and small to broaden its artists' reach. As Asia's first 'House of Finn Juhl' (House of Finn Juhl Seoul), it has also presented a sensuous, pioneering taste by showing furniture by designer Finn Juhl side by side with the work of talented Korean and international designers. Since 2019, Gallery ERD has expanded and relocated, presenting fine art and design in separate spaces; while maintaining its existing collaboration with House of Finn Juhl, it is planning even more diverse exhibitions and projects by Korean and international artists. In 2020, Gallery ERD's Busan branch opened in Haeundae, as the gallery also seeks to diversify its exhibition platforms.
