Gupo Barrier-free Forest Trail Overview

Located in Buk-gu, Busan, the Gupo Barrier-free Forest Trail is a walking trail designed so that anyone can walk it easily; people of all ages, as well as those using wheelchairs or strollers, can use it without inconvenience. Made up of a gently sloping deck path, this forest trail is highly accessible and lets you fully take in the atmosphere of the forest over about 2 km. Along the trail, lush trees of various species and wildflowers that bloom each season catch visitors' eyes, and the path is lined with plenty of uniquely shaped rocks such as Turtle Rock and Jeongseung Rock, so you can enjoy the scenery without a dull moment. At the end of the trail, the 'Sky Wind Observatory' comes into view, where you can enjoy an open panorama of the Nakdonggang River and the Gimhae Plain at a glance. In particular, the night view blending with the red sunset at dusk is very impressive, and it is a popular healing space not only as a romantic date course for couples but also as a place for light family outings.
