Jangnim Alley Market Overview
At the current market site where Jangnim Market is located, stalls selling vegetables, fruits, and fish produced in the nearby area since the 1960s began to emerge naturally, and in 1976, a building was constructed to open Jangnim Market. In 1990, as the Sinpyeong-Jangnim General Industrial Complex was developed in Sinpyeong-dong and Jangnim-dong, Saha-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, many people moved in, and the market became more active. Although the market began to stagnate in the late 1990s, internal facility improvement projects were completed in the 2000s, including the installation of shared warehouses and roof replacement, so that today, shopping can be done more comfortably.
