Cheonghak Market is a Traditional Market located in Cheonghak-dong, Yeongdo-gu, Busan Metropolitan City. It is a market that naturally formed around the current location of the market in Cheonghak-dong, Yeongdo-gu, centered on the road. In 1971, there was a tent market, but it disappeared according to urbanization plans in the 1980s, and gradually buildings and alley-style structures combined, activating as a complex market of commercial and residential buildings used by local residents. In July 2007, it was recognized as a Traditional Market. The land area is 3,996㎡, the store area is 2,424㎡, and the total number of shops is about 100. The main items handled are agricultural and marine products and livestock products centered on vegetables, fruits, and fish, and clothing and miscellaneous goods are also sold. Public restrooms and an arcade are available as customer convenience facilities.
