Oryukdo Lighthouse Overview

The Oryukdo Lighthouse is located on the most remote part of Oryukdo, a rocky island in Yongho-dong, Nam-gu, Busan. This lighthouse, situated on an island far from the mainland, serves as a gateway for ships entering Busan Port. The circular concrete lighthouse is equipped with a light, a fog signal, and a solar power generator. Since 2018, it has been automated and is not open to the public; it is currently controlled remotely from Yeongdo Lighthouse. Information about the Oryukdo Lighthouse can be found at the Haeparang Trail Tourist Information center.
