Dangsan Overview

Dangsan is a place where the village's guardian deity is enshrined. A ritual to pray for the village's prosperity and peace is held annually on the full moons of the third and ninth months of the lunar calendar. Before the ritual, the priest cleanses the area around the Dangsan tree and places a golden rope. It is located about a 3-minute walk from Gyeongminbu Observatory.
