Gijang Ocean View Pension is a private seafront pension (Korean-style holiday cottage) in Gijang-gun, offering unobstructed views of the East Sea from each cabin's private terrace. Each unit comes with an outdoor BBQ grill — guests typically buy fresh crab, anchovy, and lobster at Gijang Market and cook them under the stars. The coastal location is ideal for sunrise watching, with the first light appearing directly over the horizon. Nearby Juseongni Beach, Daebyon Port, and the Gijang Crab Village provide plenty of daytime activities. A 35-minute drive from Haeundae makes this a comfortable day-trip-distance escape from the city. Book well ahead for weekends in summer and during king crab season (November–May).
