Terms of Service — Terms governing your use of the Busan Where? service.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the website https://busan-where.com (hereinafter the "Service") operated by Busan Where? (hereinafter the "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users, and other necessary matters. By accessing or using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of key terms used in these Terms are as follows.

Article 3 (Use of the Service)

① Membership Registration

Anyone wishing to use the Service applies for membership by entering required information such as name (nickname), email address, and password in accordance with the registration form set by the Company. Membership is completed once the Company accepts the application. The Company may refuse an application or subsequently terminate the service agreement in the following cases.

② Age Restriction

Children under the age of 14 may not register for membership or post content on the Service.
Under Article 22 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the consent of a legal guardian is required to process the personal information of children under 14. The Company may immediately suspend or delete the account of any member confirmed to be under 14.

③ Termination of the Service Agreement

A member may request termination of the service agreement (withdrawal) at any time through the account settings menu within the Service or through customer support. Upon withdrawal, the member's personal information is destroyed after the period prescribed by applicable law has elapsed. However, posts written by the member may be processed separately for service operation purposes; if you wish to have them deleted, please delete them yourself before withdrawing.

Article 4 (Content and Creator Policy)

① User-Generated Content

Users may freely create and upload posts (reviews, photos, comments, etc.) within the Service. All responsibility for content posted by a user rests with that user. Where the Company deems that a post violates these Terms, applicable law, or public order and morals, it may delete the post or restrict its visibility without prior notice.

② Intellectual Property Rights

The copyright in content posted by a user on the Service belongs, in principle, to that user. However, by posting content on the Service, the user grants the Company a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content within the Service, free of charge and without geographic restriction, for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Service. This license terminates when the user deletes the content or withdraws from membership.

All intellectual property rights in the service design, logos, software, databases, and the like provided by the Company belong to the Company. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without the Company's prior written consent.

③ Creator Eligibility

A member who continuously posts quality content within the Service and meets certain conditions may be recognized as a Creator. The criteria and requirements for Creator eligibility can be found on the Revenue Guide page within the Service and may change according to the Company's policy.

Article 5 (Revenue Policy)

Creators may accumulate revenue through content activities within the Service according to the following criteria. The revenue policy may change depending on service operating conditions, and any change will be announced in advance.

① Minimum Withdrawal Threshold

A withdrawal request for accumulated revenue can be made once the balance is at least ₩10,000. Once a withdrawal request is approved, the Company transfers the amount to the designated account within 7 business days of the request date. Any transfer fees incurred during the withdrawal process are borne by the Company.

② Revenue Calculation and Fraudulent Activity

The Company may exclude from revenue calculation any views or reactions deemed to have been generated through automated tools, abnormal traffic, organized abuse, and the like. The account of a Creator found to have engaged in fraudulent activity may be subject to forfeiture of revenue and account suspension without warning.

③ Expiration of Revenue

If a member withdraws or has their service eligibility revoked, any unwithdrawn remaining revenue is handled in accordance with a separate notice, and may expire if no withdrawal request was made prior to withdrawal.

Article 6 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not engage in any of the following conduct.

In the event of a violation of the prohibited conduct above, the Company may take measures without prior notice, including deleting the relevant post, restricting service use (warning, temporary suspension, permanent suspension), forfeiting revenue, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

Article 7 (Personal Information)

The Company complies with applicable laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act, to protect users' personal information. For details on the collection, use, storage, and destruction of personal information, please refer to the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy, together with these Terms, forms part of the service agreement.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

① Service Interruptions

The Company is not liable where it is unable to provide the Service due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, hacking, network failures, or government regulation. The Company is also not liable for damages arising from causes attributable to the user during use of the Service.

② Third-Party Links and Partner Services

The Service may contain links to third-party sites such as Booking.com and external accommodation and travel platforms. The operating policies, content, and transaction terms of external sites reached through such links are the responsibility of those sites, and the Company makes no warranty in that regard. The Company is not liable for any damage incurred by users while using external sites.

③ Accuracy of Content

Information within the Service, such as attraction, restaurant, accommodation, and event information, may be written by users or provided based on third-party data. The Company does not warrant the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of such information and is not liable for any damage arising from its use. Please verify directly with the relevant establishment before visiting.

④ Advertising

The Service may display advertising through Google AdSense, Kakao Adfit, and the like. Responsibility for advertising content rests with the respective advertiser, and the Company is not liable for any harm caused by advertising.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution)

These Terms are interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Where litigation is necessary regarding a dispute arising from use of the Service, the Busan District Court, which has jurisdiction over the Company's address, shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution through consultation between the parties takes priority; where consultation is not reached, you may use mediation procedures through dispute mediation bodies under applicable law (such as the Korea Consumer Agency or the Content Dispute Resolution Committee).

Addendum

These Terms take effect on January 1, 2026.
In the event of a conflict with previous terms, these Terms take precedence.
