About the event
The Seomyeon Light Festival decorates the streets around Seomyeon 1st Street in Busanjin-gu with lights every autumn and winter, and has been selected as one of Korea's "Bambam Gokgok" 100 night-tourism spots. Along a stretch of about 1.8 km, light installations and photo zones are set up, including an arch-shaped gate modeled on the Busan Tower at Seomyeon Rotary, Busanjin-gu character balloons and Christmas trees, and citizen-participation programs such as a media facade and wish ribbons are offered. It is within walking distance of Seomyeon Station on the Metro.
